To deliver products to you we use Multi-Channel Fulfillment, which is a feature within Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). This enables us to offer the same fast, trusted Amazon shipping and fulfillment for your orders.

We store our inventory in Amazon’s fulfillment centers, and when you place an order on our website Amazon pick, pack, and ship it to you. 

In this way we can offer the same shipping method you would see on amazon.com web store:

Standard – 4 to 5 business days

Expedited – within 2 business days

Priority – next business day

For return and refund requests we are currently testing beta program, to give our customers an ability to return products directly to the closest to you Amazon fulfillment center.
