Joly Joy Co., Ltd. provides one-year quality protection warranty for all of its products.

Joly Joy CO., LTD will always be pleased to resolve a problem you might have with one of our products. We offer a one-year limited warranty on our products. We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship, which would result in a failure, during the normal usage.

The warranty can be claimed within 30 days after the purchase of the product.

The warranty will begin right after the time of purchase.

Joly Joy CO., Ltd. will not be held responsible and liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of this product.

This limited warranty DOES NOT:
• Cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, and external causes such as acts of nature
• Cover normal wear and tear, or damage
• Apply to damage caused by accident, misuse or modification of the product

In case of warranty claim the product must be returned in its original packaging in an intact and new condition along with all other accessories included in the packaging.
